Dr Lorraine Ryan awarded prestigious Outstanding Scholarly Publication Award
'The Development of Child Subjectivity in La lengua de las mariposas' published in the September 2012 issue of the leading American journal, Hispania.
Birmingham Fellow, Dr Lorraine Ryan, has been awarded the prestigious ‘Outstanding Scholarly Publication Award’ by the AATSP (American Association of Teachers of Spanish and Portuguese), for her article, 'The Development of Child Subjectivity in La lengua de las mariposas'.
This article was published in the September 2012 issue of the leading American journal, Hispania. Dr Ryan will formally receive the prize of $500, as well as a commemorative plaque, at an awards banquet, to be held at the annual convention in San Antonio, Texas, on 10 July 2013.
