Personalisation has the potential to deliver services in new and different ways that are nearer to the wants and needs of service users and their carers. A new TSRC study of one local authority's innovative venture into co-production, with a local community around personal budgets for vulnerable adults, took up this challenge.

Personalisation has the potential to deliver services in new and different ways that are nearer to the wants and needs of service users and their carers.

A new TSRC study of one local authority's innovative venture into co-production, with a local community around personal budgets for vulnerable adults, took up this challenge.

The local authority was able to develop a community-run organisation in one of its most deprived wards to broker support for vulnerable residents embracing a neighbourhood perspective to look at individual as well as collective solutions.
