University student wins prize for his Composition

Second year student Joe Howard has won a national prize for his compositional work from the National Centre for Early Music.

Second year BMus Music student Joe Howard has won a national prize for his compositional work from the National Centre for Early Music.

His piece will be premiered by the internationally acclaimed early music ensemble Florilegium at the Bath International Music Festival on Saturday 1 June, and will be recorded for broadcast on BBC Radio 3's Early Music Show on Sunday 23 June.
