BUIC Flatpack open day

Visitors had the chance to see facilities and learn about brain imaging during the Café Neuro event, which was organised by Flatpack and a team of University of Birmingham neuroscientists led by Dr Emil Toescu.

Flatpack’s Film Bug included a weekend of screenings, talks and activities that explored the relationship between cinema and science and examined what happens in our brains when we watch films.

BUIC would like to thank the organisers and volunteers of Flatpack, and Aimee Goldstone, Jo Hale and Maliheh Taheri for making the day a success.
