Congratulations to Jack Davis
who was recently awarded a poster prize at the National Training School in Theoretical Chemistry held in Oxford.
Jack Davis was awarded a prize (sponsored by the Royal Society of Chemistry journal PCCP) at the recent National Training School in Theoretical Chemistry held in Oxford for his poster “Characterisation of Chemical Ordering in Palladium-Iridium Nanoalloys”.
Jack is a second year student in the School of Chemistry using computational methods to investigate the structures and catalytic activities of metal clusters and bimetallic nanoalloys. He is jointly supervised by Professor Roy Johnston and Dr Sarah Horswell.
