CREES staff member delivers talk at The National Defence Academy of Latvia
Dr Derek Averre of CREES/POLSIS spoke about Europe and the Ukraine crisis at the National Defence Academy of Latvia, Riga, on 03 December 2014.
On 03 December 2014 the National Defence Academy of Latvia (CSSR) arranged its second annual conference to discuss issues of European security, with a specific focus on the Ukraine conflict. Dr Derek Averre, CREES/POLSIS at the University of Birmingham, delivered a paper entitled Russian foreign policy: strategic implications for the West.
