David Gilmore questions figures relating to the educational improvement of Black pupils
David Gillborn has contributed to an article in The Voice which suggests that Black Pupils are improving faster than any other group.
As well as raising concerns for figures which are use the performance of a single year to define a trend he also discusses the cuts in funding programmes which encourage for example, the recruitment of black and other ethnic minority teachers.
