Decisions of value report

HSMC has completed a review of the published literature on ‘decisions of value’ in health care for the NHS Confederation.  This involved synthesising the evidence on the factors influencing decisions affecting quality and cost, and forms part of a wider programme of work to support the NHS to balance the priorities of quality improvement and financial sustainability.
