HSMC PhD student appointed to Advisory Council on Misuse of Drugs

One of our PhD students (Dr. Kostas Agath, a consultant psychiatrist) has been appointed by the Home Secretary to the Advisory Council on the Misuse of Drugs, the body which makes recommendations to government on the control of dangerous or otherwise harmful drugs.

One of our PhD students (Dr. Kostas Agath, a consultant psychiatrist)  has been appointed by the Home Secretary to the Advisory Council on the Misuse of Drugs, the body which makes recommendations to government on the control of dangerous or otherwise harmful drugs. Kostas joined HMSC from Royal Holloway with Prof. Mark Exworthy earlier this year. Kostas’s research is examining the value creation in the NHS.
