The Learning Disability and Autism Research Network - West Midlands (LeARN-WM) is a new partnership between parents of children with learning disability or autism and the Cerebra Centre for Neurodevelopmental Disorders at the University of Birmingham and the Centre for Educational Development, Appraisal and Research (CEDAR) at Warwick University.
The partnership is involved with research, assessment, interventions and sharing their findings with parents, carers and professionals.
LeARN-WM will be holding a conference on 'Promoting Well-Being in Children with Autism', looking at the implications of recent research for these groups.
