Making Europe's third sector visible

TSRC joins a team of 25 researchers from 10 European universities, and over 100 stakeholders, in the Third Sector Impact (TSI) project launched in Bologna 20-22 January 2014.

A team of 25 researchers from 10 European universities and over 100 stakeholders will be involved in the Third Sector Impact (TSI) project launched in Bologna on 20-22 January 2014.

The experts (including TSRC’s John Mohan) are teaming up to make the third sector more visible across Europe – whilst the third sector is considered an endless source of ‘renewable resources’ for social and economic problem solving and civic engagement in Europe, the third sector faces conceptual ambiguity, lack of statistical recognition and misunderstanding of its real impacts.
