The first cohort of 40 participants on the West Midlands Aspiring Directors programme finished with some creative presentations depicting what they learned on their journey through this 9 month long programme. Highlights included a simulation, a role play exercise with professional actors, using performing arts to enhance leadership impact and the organisational consultancy – in which teams visited businesses as diverse as The Library and Rep, and a local Hospice - to help them with a particular organisational challenge.
