This study requires participants to come to the Hills Building (Edgbaston campus) to take part in an EEG study of visual memory.
What’s involved?
- You will undergo an EEG. This is a non invasive procedure to measure your brain waves. It involves wearing an EEG cap (pictured right). We use electrode gel to increase electrode conductivity
- You will need to be in the lab for about two hours and 30 minutes. There are some individual time differences, but you will be given £15 for taking part.
Unfortunately you cannot be considered for participation if you:
- have a history of neurological/psychiatric illness, epilepsy or migraine
- do not have normal/corrected to normal vision/are colour blind
- are outside the age range of 18-25
If you have any questions or would like to arrange a time/date to take part, please contact Jumana Ahmad (ahmadjy@bham.ac.uk)
