Undergraduate students on the PPE course (Policy, Politics and Economics) have been successful in winning £2,000 of Hands Up funding from Alumni Relations.

To win the funds, the PPE students first had to write and submit a proposal. The proposal was built around a day-long debate-led event – open to all students - involving external speakers and local media to raise the profile of both PPE students and the PPE programme to a wider audience.

Having been shortlisted, the PPE students were required to undergo a 'Dragon’s Den' style interrogation of their proposal in front of a panel from across the University.

They were informed last week of their success !!!
