The ICCS is delighted to welcome Dr Marcus Holmes, who will be joining us as an Honorary Research Fellow. Dr Holmes is director of the Political Psychology and International Relations (PPIR) lab, and co-director of the Social Science Research Methods Centre (SSRMC) at William and Mary College. His research and teaching interests are in international security, international relations theory, international political economy, foreign policy, diplomacy, homeland security affairs, and terrorism. Dr Holmes has published, or has articles forthcoming, in International Organization, Journal of Theoretical Politics, International Studies Perspectives, Review of Policy Research, International Relations of the Asia-Pacific, Journal of Transportation Security, Journal of Homeland Security and Emergency Management, and Homeland Security Affairs.

Dr Holmes will be an active particpant in our new research network in International Political Psychology.
