Big Local stresses the importance of resident led planning to respond to community needs. Those needs may change however and so, therefore do Big Local plans. These films from Ramsey Millions, Whitley Bay and the 3 Parishes, record the process of reviewing and ‘refreshing’ a Big Local plan in creative ways.
