Imaging of proteins in tissue sections using mass spectrometry

Rian Griffiths and colleagues in Helen Cooper’s group publish in the International Journal of Mass Spectrometry

Rian’s paper, entitled ‘Native mass spectrometry imaging of intact proteins and protein complexes in thin tissue sections’, shows that intact proteins and protein complexes can be extracted in their folded forms from tissue, to demonstrate their spatial distribution within the tissue.
