In December 2016, Dr Nicola Rollock was part of a panel of women of colour who came together to share their stories on the theme of 'how I became POSSIBLE'. They discussed their achievements, experiences and how they overcame challenges and stereotypes in this special 5th anniversary event. It was chaired by the broadcaster and journalist Brenda Emmanus before a live studio audience at the BBC.
