We are really pleased to announce that from Monday 9th October, there will be an enhanced support service for all staff and students to help them make the most of Canvas. The support will be available 24/7 via live web chat or phone call. You can also report a problem directly to the Canvas support team. You can access this via the HELP button on the left hand tool bar.

We hope that this new support will help your explore further features in Canvas to support the planning of your teaching, learning and assessment. The online support team are happy to talk you through new features or deal with any canvas related issues.
