Graduate student Suzana Benitez and friends in Alicia Hidalgo’s lab demonstrate their amazing Drosophila balloon art

This youtube video was created for Brain Awareness Week in March 2017, a public engagement event celebrated worldwide.  Alicia Hidalgo’s group use the Drosophila fruit fly as a model organism to study brain function.  Such research will help to unlock the secrets of human brains.
