The latest ACER residential weekend proved to be very successful with students describing it as 'amazing'.

The ACER residential weekend took place from 21st-23rd March with over 200 students in attendance. Presentations included Wenn Lawson on 'Gender, sexuality and gender dysphoria in autism', Carol Potter on 'Promoting self-determination: strategies for children across the autism spectrum' and Rita Jordan on 'Autism: then, now and ...?".
We had several excellent autistic speakers and the weekend was packed with high quality presentations and lively discussions. Students described it as 'amazing' and they left 'buzzing with many ideas'. "
