A news item requesting a call for papers for the ASAUK Biennial conference.
The African Studies Association of the United Kingdom was founded in 1963 and is the national subject association for Africanists within the academic community. The ASAUK conference is a key event for all scholars working on and in Africa.
The keynote speaker is Professor Grace Musila, associate professor in the English Department, Stellenbosch University and author of A Death Retold in Truth and Rumour. Kenya, Britain and the Julie Ward Murder (James Currey/Boydell & Brewer, 2015).
The call for papers and panels will close on 16 February.
Registration for the ASAUK 2018 conference will be open through 22 July.
