Eighth International Symposium of the Network of Nineteenth-Century Hispanists to meet in Madrid

The international network on nineteenth-century Hispanic studies - co-founded and co-led by Professor Andrew Ginger - will be held at Madrid's Museum of Romanticism on 26th and 27th April.

The international network on nineteenth-century Hispanic studies - co-founded and co-led by Professor Andrew Ginger (Modern Languages, Spanish) - will be held at Madrid's Museum of Romanticism on 26th and 27th April.

"The network brings together international researchers, with speakers this year from the United States, France, Belgium, Britain and Spain. This year it will consider a range of topics from the imagined empire through to realities that imitate art."
