The Alan Turing Institute has awarded Birmingham based Dr Per Kristian Lehre, with the highly prestigious Turing AI Acceleration Fellowship.
Dr Lehre, who is based in the School of Computer Science, is one of 15 researchers from various UK institutes, including the Turing, to have been awarded the Turing AI Acceleration Fellowships. He has been awarded the fellowship to further his research on Rigorous Time-Complexity Analysis of Co-evolutionary Algorithms. The fellowships are supported by a £20million government investment, being delivered by UK Research and Innovation (UKRI) to lead innovative, creative AI research with transformative impact.
