Dr Luca Rubini submits evidence to the EU Commission on how to tackle 'foreign subsidies'

Dr Luca Rubini has recently submitted his comments, together with Professors Andrea Biondi and Michael Bowsher QC (KCL), Professor Christopher Yukins (George Washington University) and PhD candidate Gabriele Carovano (KCL) to the EU Commission in relation to the recently closed public consultation on the White Paper on levelling the playing field as regards foreign subsidies.

The White Paper was issued on 17 June and may lead to the adoption of legislative instruments.
