The Transformation West Midlands project is hosting a Forum to review their Reverse Mentoring scheme alongside the local organisations who took part on 29 July 2021.
TWM is a partnership between the University of Birmingham, Newman University and University College of Birmingham. The scheme saw 17 organisations from various sectors explore how they can improve diversity when attracting, recruiting and selecting candidates from the local region.
Local employers are invited to a Forum on 29 July, 14:00 - 15:30, to hear what participants gained from the scheme and the pledges from participating employers such as Deloitte, Birmingham City Council and FDM Group to implement changes resulting from their involvement in this programme.
We hope this event will also bring new employers, universities, students and graduates together to discuss future positive changes to entry-level recruitment and creating a workforce representing the local region.
