My recent article, co-authored with Dr Anat Keller, King’s College London and entitled “The Senior Managers and Certification Regime in Financial Firms: An Organisational Culture Analysis” (Journal of Corporate Law Studies), addresses the regulation of culture in financial institutions in light of organisational culture literature.
