IRiS Deputy Director Nando Sigona invited to speak about Europe’s ‘migration crisis’ at the international conference ‘Refugee policies and refugee movements.’
The conference will be held at the University of Californian Los Angeles (UCLA). The talk draws on the MEDMIG project (www.medmig.info) and the recently published book Unravelling Europe’s ‘migration crisis’ co-authored by Dr Sigona with Heaven Crawley, Franck Duvell, Katharine Jones and Simon McMahon. Dr Sigona will also contribute to a special graduate workshop in which he will present some of his ongoing work on Brexit, undocumented migration and the migration and citizenship nexus.
