As we approach the 10-year anniversary of funding Education Enhancement Projects at the University of Birmingham, we want to reflect on the success many of our projects have had in transforming the student learning experience, contributing to a community of innovative practice and raising the profile of teaching excellence.  Over the coming months, we will be celebrating this success in different ways, beginning with a series of MicroCPDs that showcase outputs from the latest round of projects that were completed over the summer 2019 and focussed on the New Academic Teaching Year.

We are also inviting staff to submit applications to our latest funding round, which focuses on the four themes of our HEFi19 Conference: lifelong learning, tackling inequality, digital futures, and employer-led learning. Alongside that, we have some additional funding available to HEFi Fellows and Scholars, Early-Career Academics and via the Network Fund to further develop personal academic tutoring across the University.
