HEFi was delighted to launch the Postgraduate Certificate in Higher Education (PGCHE) at the Dubai campus in September.
Designed for academic staff, the PGCHE in Dubai is a bespoke version of the Birmingham-based programme. It is accredited by Advance HE to award Fellowships and takes a blended approach, combining resources on Canvas with face-to-face visits. Sarah King (Assistant Director, Teaching and Learning Development) ran the first face-to-face sessions of the PGCHE with support from Professor Jon Green (DPVC Education), with ten academic staff.
The HEFi team are looking forward to a further visit later in the year. Thanks to all the staff in Dubai for making the trip really enjoyable and effective.
