The founder of the Institute for Textual Scholarship and Electronic Editing, Professor David Parker OBE, will be giving the Stephen Pisano Memorial Lecture at the Pontifical Biblical Institute in Rome this morning (Thursday 25th October 2023).

Entitled "Textual Variation: The Development and Theology of John's Gospel", the lecture will be livestreamed on the Biblical Institute's YouTube Channel and remain available there after it has been delivered.

Professor Parker and the late Professor Pisano were colleagues on the editorial committee of the United Bible Societies' Greek New Testament and the Nestle-Aland Novum Testamentum Graece.
