Upon successful completion of the qualification, students enrolled in the programme will be eligible for CIPD membership, allowing them to proudly showcase the distinguished CIPD 'designatory letters' after their names. The MSc Human Resource Management degree is equivalent to a CIPD Level 7 (Advanced) qualification in Human Resources. Additionally, depending on their work experience, graduates may be eligible to upgrade their student membership to Chartered status—a globally-recognised achievement for HR and L&D professionals.
