Last Friday Lisa Bortolotti was a guest on BBC Radio4 Free Thinking, discussing the nature of conspiracy theories and the merits of transdiagnostic philosophy. In an episode on Insiders and Outsiders, Lisa talked about her research on conspiracy theories and the philosophical issues that the phenomenon raises. She also talked about the importance of philosophy to team up with other disciplines to tackle society's most complex problems.
Earlier last week, Lisa also wrote an article for Psychology Today on delusions and conspiracy theories summarising the view in her latest book, Why Delusions Matter (Bloomsbury 2023). The article is entitled "Should we stop talking about delusions?" and appears in Iskra Fileva's Philosopher's Diaries.
