Lord Chief Justice Gives First Lecture in 'Issues in Criminal Justice' Series

The University of Birmingham's annual 'Issues in Criminal Justice' lecture series begins on Wednesday 4 March with a speech from the Lord Chief Justice of England and Wales, the Rt Hon Lord Igor Judge.

The University of Birmingham’s annual ‘Issues in Criminal Justice’ lecture series begins on Wednesday 4 March with a speech from the Lord Chief Justice of England and Wales, the Rt Hon Lord Igor Judge.

Lord Judge’s talk is entitled ‘The Sentencing Decision’ and will start at 5pm.

The lecture series continues with Dame Anne Owers, Her Majesty’s Chief Inspector of Prisons, on Tuesday 17 March and the Rt Hon Jack Straw MP on Thursday 21 May.
