The Earth Sciences Research Group within the School of Geography, Earth and Environmental Sciences combines strong research expertise in the themes of Plate Tectonics, Volcanic and Magmatic Processes, Palaeobiology, and Palaeoclimates, as well as delivering high-quality teaching on Earth Sciences programmes at undergraduate and postgraduate levels.
