Creative Industries Skills and Supply Chain Strategic Analysis

This short-term project involved the rapid review of the economic contribution of the creative industries in the West Midlands Combined Authority (WMCA).

The project quantified the scale of employment and GVA within the region. National input-output tables were used to map the supply chain of highly disaggregated sectors. The SEIM-UK Labour Market Model was used to estimate the economic costs of skills shortages.
