NMR User Certification

Three-hour class for safe and effective operation of the NMR spectrometers and probes

  • Pre-requisites: familiarity with NMR texts such as Spin Dynamics by Malcolm Levitt or Understanding NMR Spectroscopy by James Keeler
  • Registrants: required for all hands-on NMR users
  • Instructor: Sara Whittaker

NMR Theory and Practice

Weekly discussions of basic & advanced NMR, pulse sequences and their applications

Basic NMR

  • Pre-requisites: familiarity with NMR texts such as Spin Dynamics by Malcolm Levitt or Understanding NMR Spectroscopy by James Keeler
  • Registrants: anyone interested in NMR
  • Instructors: Mark Jeeves, Christian Ludwig

Advanced NMR

  • Pre-requisites: hands-on practical NMR experience as well as familiarity with NMR theory and product operator formalism.
  • Registrants: NMR spectroscopists with a few years' NMR experience
  • Instructor: John Kirkpatrick
