About RESILIENCE
RESILIENCE UK Manufacturing Centre of Excellence is a newly established National Training Centre based in Birmingham, UK. We are one of several National Training Centres that aim to close the gap that exists in the advanced therapies market through innovative training methods.
Our mission
Our mission is to:
- Provide a scalable, end-to-end talent development network for the UK medicines manufacturing sector, working with the sector to address current and future workforce needs.
- Develop a coordinated, networked approach that embeds equality, diversity and inclusion will increase the talent pipeline, build resilience and ensure sustainable workforce growth.
- Adopt the latest digital training technologies, in order to create a digitally competent workforce capable of rapidly adapting to evolving technology, processes and practices.
Our partners
RESILIENCE is inherently about partnership. The project brings together a set of core partners drawing upon many years at the forefront of skills and training for medicines manufacturing, but it is also about working in partnership with those who use and benefit from the training products, services, resources and support we can provide, so that we can learn from you how best to support your needs in a rapidly changing world.
