Past 2025-26 events:
- Ecological Citizens in the Business School: Working with Nature in Developing Entrepreneurial Practice, 23rd February 2026, Winterbourne, Birmingham. Workshop led by Dr Caroline Chapain (Centre for Responsible Business Strategic Area Lead on Responsible Business Education), Dr Emma Surman and Dr Fatos Ozkan Erciyas. This research event explored how engaging with nature as part of the business curriculum can change the way that business students relate to, and think about, their entrepreneurship practices. The workshop brought together academics, students, business practitioners, community and environmental organisations, and members of the public to share experiences and explore implications for education and practice. Participants also had the opportunity to take part in a nature-based activity.
