Professor Jean McHale and Dr Sheelagh McGuinness of Birmingham Law School have been awarded a grant by the Wellcome Trust to run a conference “A critical exploration of global public health” and to hold a public lecture "Ebola: towards an International Health Systems Fund” which will be delivered by Professor Larry Gostin from the Law School, Georgetown University, Washington DC .
The conference will be held at the University of Birmingham in November 2014.
