What is the research?
Research is a systematic process of discovering new information and solving problems. It can be done in many ways, but this project hopes to obtain your opinion through an anonymous online questionnaire. Research is vital in healthcare as the information collected can help teach and guide health professionals about developing what they do.
Purpose of the project
This project looks at the child injury prevention and health promotion of safety in the home and surrounding areas. Example of injuries to children include falls from height, burns, drowning, suffocation and poisoning. We want to know what parents, caregivers and nurses think about preventing child injury in young children and how they do it. It will help improve health promotion to prevent injuries to meet the needs of Omani families like yours.

ما هو المشروع حول؟ يبحث هذا المشروع البحثي في الوقاية من إصابات الأطفال وتعزيز الصحة والسلامة في المنزل والمناطق المحيطة به. تشمل الأمثلة على إصابات الأطفال السقوط من إرتفاع والحروق والغرق والاختناق والتسمم. نريد في هذا البحث أن نعرف ما يفكر فيه الآباء ومقدمو الرعاية والممرضات بشأن منع إصابات الأطفال عند الأطفال الصغار وكيف يفعلون ذلك. سيساعد هذا البحث في تحسين تعزيز السلامه ومنع الإصابات لتلبية احتياجات الأسر العمانية مثل أسرتك.
