Dr Nicola Rollock, Deputy Director of the Centre for Research and Race in Education, attended the Women of the Year Council where she was selected as a 2015 Woman of Achievement. Women of the Year is its 60th year and recognises and celebrates ‘truly extraordinary and inspirational women who have made a significant achievement’. Nicola attended the ceremony at the InterContinental Hotel and was in the company of Dame Tessa Jowell, Baroness Doreen Lawrence OBE, Esther Rantzen and Nicole Kidman.
