David Gillborn, CRRE Director, is quoted in the Times Educational Supplement discussing the impact of stereotyping on teachers’ decisions about setting and selection.
Commenting on new research by the UCL Institute of Education, Prof. Gillborn said “We might well ask, whatever happened to institutional racism? The answer, unfortunately, is nothing. These latest findings confirm that institutional racism is alive and well in the English education system.”
