    The Birmingham Institute of Forest Research (BIFoR) FACE experiment places scientists at Birmingham in a globally unique position to investigate the impact of climate change on trees.

    This large open-air facility supports world-class cross-college research capability in water science, environmental health and environmental monitoring technologies.

  • Wolfson Advanced Glasshouses

    The Wolfson Advanced Glasshouses allow researchers to examine the impact of climate change and other environmental changes on all types of plants – particularly food crops
