Our call for papers is now closed, but you can still submit a poster to host during our virtual poster exhibition. We are looking for contributions within the following themes:
Research
We want to highlight the diversity of HSR research outcomes. In particular, we are interested in research concerning HSR and the environment, HSR and economic development, and infrastructure and rolling stock. However, all novel research into HSR will be considered.
Education
We want to highlight best practice in the development and provision of education to facilitate HSR, including but not limited to innovative approaches to railway education, training, or knowledge transfer; international relationships in railway education and training; and education informed by railway research.
If you are interested in submitting a poster, please email hsr-education@contacts.bham.ac.uk with an outline abstract of 250 words. During the conference there will be dedicated sessions for delegates to browse the posters, ask questions and connect with your research.
Papers
All accepted papers will be presented during either the Research Showcase or Education Showcase live sessions on Monday 14 December and Tuesday 15 December 2020. See our Programme to find out more.
