Dr Jeremy Pritchard, Senior Lecturer in Biology and Head of Education in the School of Biosciences, talks to the team at People Behind the Science about his journey through life and science.
By training Dr Pritchard is a plant physiologist, but like most biologists, the recent rise of genetic technologies has revolutionised his research, so that now he also works in the more molecular areas. As a card-carrying Darwinist he is involved in teaching evolution at all levels from primary school to the U3A.
