Murkul Tiwari wins best paper award

Postgraduate researcher Mukul Tiwari received the best developmental paper award in Organisational Psychology at this year’s British Academy of Management conference for the paper “Workplace bullying and the role of rust and distrust -towards a theoretical framework”.

Co-authored with his supervisors Dr Margarita Nyfoudi and Professor Mark Saunders Mukul’s paper explored the role of the trust and distrust as intermediate factors in the bullying-work outcome relationship proposing a conceptual model and future research directions. Mukul’s research forms part of the trust topic area of the Business School’s Work Inclusivity Research Centre.
