Background: Jane Cordell explains how her unexpected life story led to the development of Result CIC, a successful social enterprise providing coaching and training to people who continue to be marginalised in society, particularly in times of economic uncertainly.
Jane’s talk challenges the audience to consider how talent can be ‘hidden in plain sight’ and poses questions to help expand how we develop responsibility in business by working more inclusively and deriving wider societal and economic benefits from doing so.
