IDD and the College of Social Sciences warmly congratulates our Master of Public Administration alumnus, Mohamed Elshabik, for his appointment as Under-Secretary of the Ministry of Labour and Social Development in Sudan.
Elshabik was born in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia, where he spent his childhood years before moving back with his family to his native Sudan. Mohamed graduated from Omdurman Ahlia University in Khartoum, where he studied at the College of Economic and Administrative Science, specialising in Business Administration. He then went on to earn a Master’s degree in Public Administration and Development here at the University of Birmingham.
