furnace, is a new online Postgraduate journal within the Ironbridge International Institute for Cultural Heritage (IIICH) at the University of Birmingham. furnace aims to be a facilitator for sparking debates and discussions surrounding the ever expanding and diverse discipline of Cultural Heritage. The journal will include keynote papers, postgraduate articles, interviews and topical book reviews.
The first edition of furnace will be published on 10 June with the theme of Cultural Heritage in an International Age. furnace has also issued a Call for papers for the second issue on the theme of Cultural Heritage in a Digital Age.
